Let’s go step by step. [My Startup Journey Episode 2]
Start Small

I would say that this quote from Normal V. P. perfectly reflects my way of thinking. Remember my first post, the startup thesis was about an B2B SaaS tool for companies. Actually, we will start much more smaller than this. Don’t get me wrong, we’re not pessimistic about the ideal, we’re more scared about the massive size and the workload that’s coming on my partner and me. I’m full-time employed, and so it is also my partner, and you know the charm of COVID and WFH — you’re working even more than just 9 to 5.
So the execution (validation of the Startup thesis) will start with a chunk of the actual idea. It’s not anymore the B2B SaaS idea, it will start as a tool for individuals, in this case, freelancers. :) More about the actual idea later on in the next posts.
Next steps
The next step on this Startup journey will be the idea validation. The idea will be validated through a couple of simple steps:
- Static landing page with Sign Up for early access form,
- Driving freelancers to the landing page,
- Do a Q&A session freelancers who sign up to the Early Access
It’s Friday, 4th of December, and the deadline for the landing page is 14th of December, so let's get the work started. :)
